Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Grind up 1 cup old fashioned oats in a food processor until fine in texture.
2. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix in the food processor until smooth and forms a dough.
3. Take out and mix in chocolate chips. Form into balls, approximately the size of a ping pong ball.
4. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Store extras in the freezer in an air tight bag for later.
