Ingredients
4 Bananas, peeled and frozen
2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2 Tbsp Almonds, Slivered
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw bananas and mash until smooth. Mix bananas with the remaining ingredients: oatmeal, almonds, chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon. On a well greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet, drop dough in spoonfuls to create 12 cookies. Place cookies in preheated oven to cook for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, Enjoy! Store in refrigerator, these cookies will freeze well too!
**You can utilize butter, coconut oil, or canola oil to coat your sheet pan.
