Lemon Garlic Shrimp

1 1/2 cup Shrimp, raw

1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Garlic, minced

2 cups Pasta, cooked

3/4 cup Lemon Garlic Dressing (Chosen Foods Brand found at Meijer)

1/2 cup Red Pepper, diced

1 cup Spinach

Parmesan Cheese, optional


Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in pan. When the oil starts to smoke, sear the shrimp with garlic until cooked thoroughly. Shrimp is done when it turns pink. Searing is important to your ensure you don’t get “rubbery” shrimp.

In a separate pan, heat 1/2 Tbsp olive oil. Saute red bell pepper and spinach. Next, combine cooked pasta, shrimp and vegetables in a large pan. Add Lemon Garlic Chosen Foods sauce. Heat thoroughly. You can sprinkle with parmesan cheese, as desired upon service. Recipe makes 4 servings.
