Looking for a quick and easy breakfast or pre-workout? Try this nutrient packed chia seed pudding! For an additional twist try serving with your favorite fruit, nuts, or seeds!


3/4 cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds


Add into a jar in the order stated above. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
