Blueberry Oatmeal

1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal

1 cup Milk (I used Good Karma Flax Milk)

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 cup Cottage Cheese

2 tsp Maple Syrup


1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, mix together the oatmeal and milk. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes.

2. When the oatmeal starts to thicken add the remaining ingredients.

3. Cook on low until the oatmeal reaches the desired consistency, this will take about 10-15 minutes. Recipe serves 1.

Nutrition Facts per serving: 375 calories, 12g protein, 60g carb, 6g total fat, 1g sat fat, 260 mg sodium, and 6g fiber.

**You can omit the maple syrup to lower recipe by 10 g carb.
