Peanut Butter Cup Dip

Yield: 4 servings


3/4 cup light whipped topping

1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

2 tbsp light cream cheese

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp peanut butter powder

1 packet no-calorie sweetener

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

2 tbsp mini chocolate chips


1. Combine light whipped topping, vanilla yogurt, cream cheese, peanut butter, peanut butter powder, no-calorie sweetener, vanilla and a pinch of salt together until combined well and creamy. Fold in the chocolate chips.

2. Serve it up with apple slices, strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, etc. Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
