Garlic Herb Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries


2 Sweet Potatoes

Olive Oil or Canola Oil

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Black Pepper

Dried Rosemary


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and peel sweet potatoes. Cut sweet potatoes into desired style (the thicker the cut the longer they will take to cook). Place fries on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Coat with oil and top with listed seasonings, as desired. Flip fries, coat with oil and season again. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, flipping fries every 10 minutes to allow them to cook evenly.
