No! Watch live in the Facebook group for Q&A interaction during or watch the replay later at your convenience.

 

Do I have to follow a specific meal plan during the 3 weeks?

No! The meal plan is provided for your to follow along as a challenge & inspiration for the new year. 

 

What if I don't have a specific goal in mind for my health?

No problem! This is a relaxed, community environment to learn and gather insight from true nutrition experts. No pressure for a specific goal. In fact, this is ideal for building sustainable habits, rather than a quick fix.
